Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead, manage, and expand our sales operations across Europe, the Middle East, Russian-speaking markets, and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales performance, leading high-performing teams, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients. This role will require a dynamic leader to develop and execute sales strategies that meet regional objectives, while overseeing the successful delivery of products and services across diverse markets. You will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth and maximizing revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Design and implement tailored regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue, market share, and growth objectives across Europe, the Middle East, Russian-speaking markets, and LATAM.
    • Stay abreast of regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities.
    • Establish clear KPIs and performance targets for the sales teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader goals.
  2. Team Management & Development:
    • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives, ensuring consistent performance and growth across multiple regions.
    • Cultivate a high-performance culture through coaching, ongoing training, and mentoring to maximize team effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set clear growth objectives for team members.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across the assigned regions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, handling critical negotiations and escalations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Drive customer success and loyalty by delivering exceptional value and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  4. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Develop accurate and actionable sales forecasts for the region, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to meet targets.
    • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and regional market dynamics, presenting them to senior leadership.
    • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance and drive better decision-making.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives and ensure successful execution.
    • Provide input to product development and marketing strategies based on regional market feedback and customer insights.
    • Coordinate with regional operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and client satisfaction.
  6. Budget & Resource Management:
    • Oversee the development and management of the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize sales output.
    • Monitor expenses and sales activity to ensure all initiatives remain cost-effective and within budget parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving sales in Europe, Middle East, LATAM, or Russian-speaking markets. Experience managing multi-regional teams is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in driving performance across diverse teams in multiple countries.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability in sales strategy development, forecasting, and account management. Ability to analyze and act upon market data to drive revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, or Russian is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
