Terms of the Travel Services Agreement Between "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C" or 

"Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o" and B2B & Corporate Customers

  1. Acceptance of Terms The services provided by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." / "Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o." are available exclusively to B2B and Corporate customers who have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance is confirmed by clicking the appropriate box during registration. Booking cannot proceed without this acceptance.
  2. Registration Process B2B and Corporate customers must complete all required fields on the Registration Form before gaining access to the Wanderbeds.com website. Customer using the website who are under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  3. Agreement Effectiveness B2B and Corporate customers agree to adhere to the obligations outlined in these Terms. The agreement between the B2B Partner and "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C.""Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o." becomes effective once "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C.""Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o." issues written confirmation of a booking, either via email or through the Wanderbeds.com back office. 
  4. Scope of Services The booking services and sales provided by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C.""Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o." — including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, transfers, rental cars, travel packages, events, and other travel services — are offered by the Provider. Bookings are confirmed once the B2B & Corporate customer issues and uses the vouchers or tickets provided by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C.""Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o."
  5. Obligations of the B2B Partner B2B and Corporate customers agrees to provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information to their customers regarding the following:
  • What is included and excluded in the prices of the services;
  • The consequences of a "no-show" by the final customer/tourist, and the cancellation and modification policies;
  • Late check-in must be communicated in advance through the booking chat to avoid a no-show status. Failure to provide timely notification may result in the booking being cancelled or marked as a "no-show";
  • Early check-in can be communicated in advance through the booking chat, such request is subject to room availability and additional fee might be applicable at the time of check-in (paid by the final customer/tourist at the hotel). The hotel may note the request; however, the final determination is made exclusively by the hotel management at check-in time;
  • Any city taxes, resort fees, utility fees or other charges including security deposits not included in the quoted prices that the end customer/tourist may be required to pay to the hotels directly. 

Copyright & Software of "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C" / "Wanderbeds Tourism s.r.o"

  1. Ownership and Use All content on the Wanderbeds.com website, including software (e.g., B2B, XML API, Affiliate tools), is owned by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." and is protected by copyright laws. The B2B Partner is prohibited from installing, using, or copying any software without prior agreement to the License Agreement.
  2. Prohibited Actions Reproduction or redistribution of any part of Wanderbeds.kz or Wanderbeds.com software, including HTML code, is strictly prohibited and may result in severe legal consequences. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. The software, along with its accompanying documentation and technical information, is subject to export control laws.

Payments

  1. Payment Methods B2B Partners must prepay all reservations via wallet, bank transfer, or credit card. Payments must be received by "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." no later than the cancellation deadline for each reservation, and in advance of weekends and public holidays, if applicable.
  2. Credit card payments: The price for a Non-Refundable Booking may be paid using the Customer's bank card, provided that the Customer has duly and irrevocably authorized Wanderbeds to charge such bank card for the relevant amount. Wanderbeds shall process bank card payments solely on the basis of such authorization granted by the legitimate bank card holder.
    Payment by bank card may be made only using a pre-approved bank card. By entering bank card details or proceeding with payment via redirection to a secure payment gateway, the Customer confirms, represents, and warrants that they are the legitimate holder of the pre-approved bank card used or are otherwise duly authorized by the legitimate holder to use such bank card for payment. The Customer expressly grants Wanderbeds prior consent to debit the applicable amount from the pre-approved bank card in accordance with the Booking details.
    Bank card payments shall be made through a secure payment gateway by redirecting the Customer to the payment service provider's PCI DSS-compliant system. Wanderbeds does not store, process, or have access to the Customer's full bank card details at any time.
    Wanderbeds shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of fraudulent, unauthorized, or disputed use of a bank card by the Customer or any third party acting on the Customer's behalf. The Customer undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless Wanderbeds against all losses, chargebacks, penalties, processing fees, legal costs, and other expenses incurred by Wanderbeds as a result of any disputed or unauthorized bank card transaction.
    All bank card transactions are subject to authorization by the issuing bank. If the issuing bank has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized, it may decline such transaction. For monitoring and fraud-prevention purposes, Bookings paid or guaranteed by bank card may be subject to verification by Wanderbeds and its customer support service. The Customer undertakes to promptly provide any reasonably requested documentation or evidence confirming that the use of the pre-approved bank card has been duly authorized by its legitimate holder.
    Failure to provide such evidence shall entitle Wanderbeds to cancel the relevant Booking at its sole discretion. In such case, Wanderbeds shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the rejection or cancellation of the Booking.
    When paying by bank card, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the amount debited may be charged in the Booking currency. The issuing bank may apply its own internal exchange rates or fees, which may affect the final amount debited. All financial risks associated with currency conversion or payments made in a currency different from the Booking currency shall be borne solely by the Customer or the bank card holder.
  3. Refunds and Charge backs Refunds due to cancellations will be credited to the B2B Partner’s wallet for future bookings. Charge backs are not allowed for bookings or airline tickets that are issued, used, or non-refundable.
  4. Data Security "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." does not store bank card information. Customers may choose to store encrypted card details with certified B2B Partners (PCI DSS Level 1). All data transfers are protected by SSL 256-bit encryption, ensuring full compliance with Visa and MasterCard international security standards (PCI Compliance).
  5. Payment Deadline and Reservation Cancellations If payment is not received before the deadline, "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Travel Abroad

  1. Travel Document Responsibility The customer is responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents, such as visas, valid passports, and any necessary authorizations, are prepared and correct for departure, arrival, and transit. "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." will not be held liable for any issues arising from failure to meet these requirements. Customers should verify document and visa requirements before booking through official resources like the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and their local Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  2. Provider's Liability "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." acts only as a bedbank and consolidator and not as an agent in making arrangements for hotels and other services for the Customer and its clients, and does not provide or in any way control any of the hotels or other services. Accordingly "Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C." shall not be liable to the Customer or its clients for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, theft, delay or any other irregularity that may arise directly or indirectly out of any actions of hotels and other service providers, company or person rendering or providing services reserved through Wanderbeds Tourism L.L.C.

Airline Ticket Purchase, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation

  1. Compliance with IATA and Fare Rules Customers should review the terms of the IATA Agreement and the specific fare rules for their selected airline or service, which are available on the supplier’s website. By purchasing tickets, the customer agrees to comply with all supplier-imposed terms, including refund and exchange conditions. Non-compliance may result in booking cancellation and denial of services without reimbursement.

Hotel Vouchers, Purchase, Cancellation, and Refunds

  1. Hotel bookings are subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation and refund policies.
  2. Prices quoted on the Wanderbeds website B2B login and/or through REST API (XML) integration are net prices and exclude tourist taxes, local taxes, city taxes or any future taxes. Additional applicable resort fees and security deposits charged by certain hotels must be paid directly by the customer/tourist to the hotel. Security deposit (refundable) charge might be applicable or not, and amounts are subject to change at the sole discretion of the hotel at the time of check-in.

Invoice Disputes

  1. Invoice Payment and Dispute Resolution Payments for issued invoices must be made by the specified deadline. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be communicated in writing within 5 days of its issuance. Failure to dispute within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of any applicable discounts or refunds.

Disputes

Any modification to the booking or special request submitted by the Customer is subject to the sole discretion and final approval of the relevant hotel or travel service provider. Approval or denial of such requests shall be determined by such provider in accordance with their respective policies and standard terms and conditions in effect at the time of the request.
Cancelled bookings cannot be retrieved, reinstated or amended. Any booking with a status of "Failed" or "Not Booked" is not confirmed and requires a new booking to be made. The full name, valid and correct passport details must be provided at the time of booking. Passports that are expired or expire on the anticipated date of travel will not be accepted.
By making a booking with the Provider, the B2B Partner acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and the Provider’s terms and conditions. All disputes should be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled via arbitration under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
