Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, promoting our products, and driving sales growth across various markets. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
  2. Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop and execute a structured weekly visiting plan for travel agents within your assigned regions.
    • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, client visits, and outcomes.
  3. Client Communication and Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents via registration calls, activation, in-person visits, and video conferences.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  4. Promotions and Loyalty Programs:
    • Educate travel agents on our loyalty programs and current promotions.
    • Ensure agents are motivated and well-informed to actively participate in promotional campaigns.
  5. Account Management and Sales Performance:
    • Monitor and manage B2B accounts, tracking sales turnover, monthly bookings, and payment methods.
    • Analyze performance data and implement strategies to optimize sales results.
  6. Consultation and Technical Support:
    • Provide consultation and technical assistance to agents handling high booking volumes, including support with API integration and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively while working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of API integrations is a plus.
